TuneThis is a music platform where artists can upload their music, stream songs, and promote their content.
Both artists and listeners can use TuneThis. However, only artists can sign up and upload music.
No, you can stream music without an account. However, only registered artists can upload songs.
No, TuneThis only allows artists to create accounts.

Artist Registration & Account Management
You can sign up by providing your email, password, artist name, gender, genre and nationality on our registration page.
We require an email address, password, artist name, and nationality.
Your email and password are used for authentication and security. We do not share them with anyone.
We store passwords securely using encryption, and your email is never shared with third parties.
Yes, provided there is no any other registered artist using the same name on TuneThis.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on login page to reset your password via email.
Yes, you can delete your account anytime. All your songs will be deleted too.
Music Upload & Payments
Log in to your account, go to the "Upload" page, and fill in the form to submit your song.
Yes, you need to make a Payment that gives you a 30-day unlimited uploads priviledge.
Monthly subscription fee will be made available once payment systems have been intergrated.
We only accept MP3 file format for audio files and JPG/JPEG for images (cover arts, profile pictures and cover photos).
Yes, you can upload beats as long as they comply with our content guidelines.
Yes, you can edit or remove your uploaded songs from your account dashboard.
No, TuneThis does not pay artists for streams or downloads.
Yes, we offer promotion packages to boost your music visibility.
If your song is removed, you will be notified of the reason. If it violates our policies, it will not be reinstated.
Streaming & Listening
No, anyone can stream music on TuneThis without an account.
Yes, streaming is completely free.
Plays are counted when a user listens to a significant portion of a song.
No, TuneThis does not allow direct downloads.
Playlist functionality is currently not available but may be added in future updates.
Privacy & Security
We use a simple email verification process to confirm that users are real people when they first visit or after their session expires.
We collect cookies, artist email addresses, passwords, genre, gender, nationality, and stage names. We also use temporary email verification for all users during first-time visits or when sessions expire. The email used for verification is not stored long-term and is deleted once the process is complete.
No, we do not sell or share your data.
We retain data as long as the artist's account is active, or until a deletion request is made.
Yes, we use cookies for session management and security. Email verification is also used to confirm user authenticity.
Some tracking can be disabled via your browser settings, but certain features may not work properly.
Copyright & DMCA
You can submit a DMCA Takedown Request, and we will remove the infringing content.

We will review your request and take appropriate action, including removing the content if necessary.
Yes, you can submit a Counter-Notification if you believe your content was wrongfully removed.
Artists who repeatedly upload copyrighted content will have their accounts suspended or banned.
Technical Issues & Troubleshooting
If you already subscribed, ensure your cover image, mp3 file meets the required formats and size limits and are not corrupt. Also make sure you enter valid information in the form fields.
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security reasons. Sessions may also clear if you clear browser cookies or change browser
Make sure you entered a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder. Some email services may delay or block automated messages. If you still don’t receive it, try requesting a new code or use a different email provider.
Charts update periodically based on song plays, so check back later.
